TikTok announced it will be back online in the U.S. after a temporary shutdown, following an agreement with service providers. President-elect Donald Trump plans to issue an executive order to delay the ban and work on a long-term solution. TikTok CEO expressed gratitude for Trump's support and commitment to keeping the app available. Lawmakers have raised concerns about TikTok's Chinese ownership and national security threats, leading to a potential ban if ByteDance fails to cut ties with the app. Various investors, including Kevin O'Leary and Steven Mnuchin, have shown interest in acquiring TikTok.
